When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Some handmade items may take a little longer. 

Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately. We only ship within U.S. right now. 

Are your items handmade?

Yes — our shop features a mix of handmade and 3D-designed Tiny Lab creations, all made in small batches.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is unique ✨ Small variations in color or texture are normal and part of the charm.

Are these toys?

Our items are made for display, decor, and collecting. They are not intended for children or pets.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, orders can’t be changed.

Do you accept returns?

Because our items are handmade or limited, we don’t accept returns — unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Message us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll help you right away 💕
